Corestool is a digital advertising and content company providing localized campaign delivery, optimization, reporting and content services to businesses growing across global markets. The Corestool Ads Operations Platform supports the company's internal advertising workflow for Google Ads accounts managed under its manager-account hierarchy.
The platform connects to the Google Ads API through OAuth 2.0 using company-controlled credentials with access limited to approved Google Ads accounts. It uses Google Ads data only to research keyword ideas, read account and campaign configuration, create and manage approved Search campaigns, review performance and policy status, reconcile changes and maintain audit records.
The current platform does not use Customer Match, personal audience lists, enhanced conversions, offline conversion uploads or the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API.
Google Ads remains the system of record. Corestool retains only the minimum account configuration, performance, keyword-planning and change-evidence data needed for authorized internal operations. Access is controlled by corporate identity, role-based permissions, account allow-lists, approvals, quota controls and audit logging.
Google Ads data is not sold, redistributed or used to build unrelated advertising profiles. It may be processed by service providers only where necessary to securely host and operate the platform, subject to appropriate obligations.
